MHCET is the qualifying exam. So, clearing minimum cutoff for boards and your main focus must be scoring MHCET. There is no link between boards and any competitive exam. So, focus on it.

Yes, it is considered, but don't worry, if you want to do mechanical engineering, first pass your class 12th exam, then you will get a fine college.

Cutoff required in JEE Mains to get CSE in COEP:
To get into CS-IT, EnTC 188+ score is required, for mechanical, electrical it's 176+ etc.
