No. COE Pune does not accept JEE Mains score. It accepts score only from MHT CET. You or your parents need to be domicile of Maharashtra.

All the names that you have mentioned are in top most category. Your aim is definitely good. I feel that for admission in any one of these you should aim for 80 percentile and above.

The chances are less. You need to wait till all four rounds then only it can be ensured that you will get admission in COEP for CSE.
