Hi Nishar,  The selection process for BBA programme at CTIMT varies slightly depending on the location, but generally involves the following criteria:Minimum of 45% marks in class 12th from a recognised board (CBSE/ PSEB/ ICSE, etc.)Mathematics as a subject in class 10th (for certain specializations)The entrance exam is optional. Some CTIMT campuses may conduct their own entrance test for BBA admissions.The test might assess aptitude in English,  Mathematics,  Reasoning,  and General Knowledge.Admissions are offered based on a combination of class 12th marks, entrance test score (if applicable), and interview performance

No, it will be tough to conclude as strongly as that but CTIMT is one of the most affordable colleges of Punjab. However, there are much better colleges than this institute such as PU, Chandigarh University, LPU Jalandhar, etc. These universities in comparison could be a little expensive but have better offering ROI than CT Institute of Management and Technology. 

The rank prediction for you percentage is approximately  1.5 -2.5 lakhs. If you belong to the general category, this rank is not enough for you to secure a seat in IIT's, NIT's. It is better that you try in private engineering colleges under B category seats.But if you belong to SC/ST category you can to secure a seat in North Indian colleges like NIT Mizoram, Meghalaya  but, you will not be able to get a seat in CSE, IT.Even though one cannot apply for admission in an NIT or IIIT with a JEE Main percentile score between 70 and 80 that does not mean an end of the road. There are several other colleges where candidates with a JEE Main percentile score between 70 and 80 can apply for admission.

CT Group of Institutions:Placements: About 70% of the students in MBA got the placements, during my session the highest package offered is 7.5 lacs by Jaro education and an average package ranging from 2 lacs to 5 lacs normally. For the placements, different companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Wipro, Infosys, Tommy Hilfiger, Tata, HP have visited so far. In my course the percent of internships is very low, just 10% of students got internships from the companies, and companies mainly recruit for the junior posts only.Rayat Bahra University :-According to the media reports, a total of 515 offers were received from 174 companies during placements 2023. The the highest package offered during placements 2023 stood at INR 32.5 LPA. Further,  4 BTech students were offered a package of INR 17 LPA by Zscaler while 28 students were offered a package of INR 5 LPA by Bebo Technology. The top recruiters of Rayat Bahra University during placements 2023 were Hitachi, Sun Pharma, Cloud Thing, The Landmark Group from New Zealand, etc.

When CT Institute of Management and Technology is compared with GNA University, as per my research, CTIMT is far more affordable than GNA. I tried comparing the two universities for BBA and BCA programmes for an under graduate student. While BBA is offered at CTIMT for rs 94-95K, GNA offers the same course for INR 2-3 lakh.  Similarly, the fee comparison remains same for BCA and BSc programmes as well. And the difference is huge. Hence, it is safe to say that CTIMT is far more affordable than GNA.

CTIT Jalandhar's BTech programme is the most popular programme of all. It also offers this programme at quite afforadble fees and 6 specialisations. And, of all the specialisations, just like other BTech institutes, CTIT Jalandhar's BTech CSE is the most in demand as well. CTIT Jalandhar's BTech CSE offers high demand in the job market and with excellent placement record at CTIT with reputed companies, it's only better to pick this specialisation. All the best
