Experience in CT Group of Institute.
Placements: I'm a Pharmacy student of CT Group of Institution. There are two colleges for pharmacy practice in our campus, from where almost all the merit- and eligible students gets their placement in renown industries and hospitals like Apollo, NHS, Fortis, etc. The maximum package earned is 20-30 lakhs per annum.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is excellent and well furnished. All the departments have about 300-500 students. There are two boys hostels (CTIEMT and CTIT) and a girl's hostel as well. The mess food of our hostel is better than any other college, in my opinion. AC room, cooler room, and also simple room with fan are available.
Faculty: The faculty of our college are very helpful and highly qualified. Classes are regular and well disciplined. High-technology machines are also available for practical knowledge. 2 midterm tests (mst) are held yearly. 80% attendance is compulsory.
Other: The college is a little far from Jalandhar main city (backward area). Pharm D is one of the rapidly growing courses for medical students. There are many scopes after pharm D like pharmacovigilance, medical coding, audit officer, drug inspector, clinical trials, clinical pharmacist, food inspector, central lab testing, etc.

A college journey with CT group.
Placements: Almost 100% of students got placement here, and the highest package offered in 2024 is 1 crore, while the average package is almost 5 lakhs per year. The topmost pharmaceutical companies come here for placements, like Sun Pharma, and almost 99% of students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is outstanding. There are three libraries and one auditorium, which has a capacity of 1500 and is really nice. They provide Wi-Fi during working hours, and the quality of food in the hostel is also good, with 24-hour Wi-Fi available.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful to students, well qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of faculty members is outstanding, and every month, they conduct class tests and quizzes. The semester exams here are a little strict and difficult.
Other: The Pharma.D course is one of the best choices for the medical stream. It's also equivalent to the MBBS course.

Best Campus Vibes and supportive faculty members .
Placements: There are about 85% of students who get placed in top companies like SunPharma, with 10 LPA being the highest package. The college provides students with opportunities at the best companies and hospitals for internships. Overall, I had a really good experience; my teachers were very supportive during my placement period.
Infrastructure: The availability of equipment, apparatus for practicals, spacious classrooms with good seating arrangements, and almost all books in the library were provided by the college. The hostel has good Wi-Fi facilities and the largest auditorium in Punjab for colleges.
Faculty: The teachers are quite knowledgeable and qualified. They always support and encourage their students and provide them with good learning materials. Dr. Abhinav, who was my mentor during my studies, guided me on future career prospects and expanded my knowledge beyond books.
Other: Canteen and mess food is good. Seven days a week, seven different meals are served, which is something I liked the most as I stay away from home in the hostel. Wardens are also good, and unlimited food is provided.

Q:   Is CT Group of Institutions more expensive than Rayat Bahra University?
A:

No, Rayat Bahra University is more expensive than CT Group of Institutions. Eventhough the fee may differ for each course, it is considered to be cheaper than RBU. Both the institutions charge additional fees like admission fee, library fee, hostel fee, mess fee, and so on. Both universities offer various scholarships based on merit, need, and other criteria. Getting a scholarship is considered to be a hard task. There are even scholarships which pay around 100% of your total expenses incuding hostel and mess charges.

You can check the official fee structure in their own website for both the universities. You can also apply to their scholarships in that website itself.

Q:   Can I join CT Group of Institutions directly?
A:

Admission:

This college is based on CET at that time common entrance test now onwards. The application form is found on the official website and the fees structure is also there. One improvement I want is that an app should be made that track student progress report which should be linked with the mobile number of parents when mid-semester results come it should be texted by the app. Also, placement criteria should be more groomed. The tie-up of the college with the companies should increase so that more and more placement of the students take place.

but you also join ct group directly  . both direct and entrancedbased student are allowed .

GPAT Cut Off

The GPAT or the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test is accepted by CT University Ludhiana for admissions to its M.Pharm course. Every year the GPAT results are released by the NTA (National Testing Agency) on its official website. The GPAT cut off varies for different M.Pharm institutions and depends on multiple factors. The factors that influence the GPAT cut off include the difficulty level of the exam, the total number of students who appeared for the exam in that particular year, and the total number of seats available. Various colleges and universities conduct a Counselling Round to allot seats to students based on the GPAT cut off marks. The cut off and the results scorecards are released by the organising authority for this examination which is the NTA (National Testing Agency) itself. We discuss the GPAT cut off mark for various years in the further sections.
