They're very involved when it comes to research, entrepreneurship, or even if someone wants to try a startup idea. Because of things like IRE (Innovation, Research & Entrepreneurship) and the whole incubation setup at campus, you actually see professors helping students build prototypes, pitch ideas, and even refine business plans. One of my friends worked on a research paper with a faculty member, and another team tried a small startup concept during our semester and got proper mentorship, not just theory. For me, the best part is that the faculty are approachable. They don't give those scary vibes. If you tell them you want to try something new, they'll ask you what direction you want to go and then guide you. It's a very encouraging environment, especially for people who are curious about entrepreneurship or innovation, and many of us liked that GIBS doesn't treat it like a side activity, but more like a serious opportunity to explore.
