Heritage institute of technology if one of the best private Colleges of West Bengal. Placement is very good there but just for CS/IT branch.Other branches has average placement.

Yes, Chandigarh University is a good option to pursue among civil engineering, Chandigarh University or Heritage Institute of Technology. It has a great infrastructure and great faculty members. It has high class facilities full Wi-Fi campus.
