Yes admissions are done only on merit basis i.e. Entrance Exam score plus Gd and PI. Degree percentage does matter in PI round.

Dear it is up to you.! if you are taking loan then definitely you have to work hard than other candidates. Yes you will get the bank loan don't worry about that loan most of the banks provide loan when you are going to do MBA from ICFAI group.

Sorry but there is no direct admission. You can give IBSAT/MAT/CET/CAT/XAT exams. IBSAT exam would be a good option.
