It would depend on whether the private IHM follows NCHMCT guidelines. All the private IHMs listed on the NCHMCT website follows the same fee structure.

It is nearly 44000 per year for IHM SHILONG. And for SIHM-Gangtok, it is approximately INR. 3000 per month with mess and room charges. Hope it helps.
