- Open the official website of NCHMCT and register yourself if you are a new user. Once registered, an application number and a password will be generated.
- Log in to your account using the password to fill the application form.
- Fill all the personal and academic details asked.
- Upload scanned images of your signature (between 4 KB and 30 KB) and passport-size photograph against a black/white background (between 10 KB and 200 KB). All the scanned images should be uploaded in JPG/JPEG format only.
- Pay the application fee using debit/credit card/ net banking to complete the application process. For General category, the application fee is INR 900, for EWS category, it is INR 800, and for SC/ST, it is INR 450.
- After receiving the confirmation, download the application form and take a printout for future reference.
