As per the Indian Institute of Information Technology Bhopal admission process candidates must qualify the eligibility criteria. Candidates must obtain a certain percenatge in their class pass out exam. Percenatge required for BTech admission is a minimum 75% aggregate required after qualifying JEE Mains for admission. Subjects which must be included are  Physics, Mathematics, and any one subject among Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/Technical Vocational Subject.

IIIT Bhopal admission is primarily entrance-based. The candidates are selected through national-level examinations conducted by different authorities.
