Some companies do come with a criteria of a minimum score in graduation. It might be difficult into these companies. But a few companies do not consider your score. But you will have to defend securing low marks to get in.

By defend I mean either one of the two:
1. If you have reasonable explanation for the marks
2. If you can overshadow this by some achievement related to academics.

It would be better if you carry all the marksheets. It is not necessary to carry them if you have the new marksheet with you, but it is still advisable to keep it with you, as they can ask for it.

It is always advisable to carry all the marksheet which are available with you. Imagine how would it be like if they ask for it and you don't have it. Better safe than sorry!
