IIM-Kashipur gives out call only on the basis of higher CAT percentile. Is there any other IIM which follows the same process?

As per my knowledge IIM Rohtak takes academics into consideration. Most of the other iims taking part in CAP consider CAT score itself as a shortlisting criteria. Please contact the respective institutes in order to get a clear picture.
