Hi, I am afraid that what you are seeking is not feasible. UGC has debarred all universities from offering any course in professional sphere from being offered under distance education mode. Best wishes to you.

Hello Pandurangam, it's very nice to hear from you that you will like to join a bi take program which is part time in nature. however the Institute of engineering and management studies at Bhubaneswar that you are talking about appears to be e some kind of only management type of a thing. There was no mention as to whether they have UGC or or AICTE certification or not but a statement that their courses are affiliated to 16 different universities which in itself is a very funny and not a routine statement. I would therefore strongly advise you not to venture out to spend your time and money in such institutes unless you can yourself verify by going to the institute and asking them some searching questions. to help you I am attaching a link that will give you some information.

Please save yourself from distance courses in engineering. Such courses are not recognized. AICTE doesn't recognize such courses. Regards.

Hello,
The most notable difference from agriculture is that horticulture deals with small scale gardening and usually in enclosed gardens although this is not a necessity while agriculture is done on large scale with extensive crop cultivation.
