As your batch will be the first one to give GUJCET after JEE Mains was introduced, it is very risky to assume any marks and rank, the reason being you cannot compare with the past year's data, but you can safely assume that if you want to secure admission in NIRMA, you have to score around 110+ out of 120 and 95+ in PCM, because after all GUJCET is easy, many students will score decent marks. IT department of Nirma University is better according to the way they teach.
Nirma University has well equipped network facilities and all the system is updated.
The faculties are also qualified.
Sarcastically, the IT department do not have a good football team.

It totally depends on your choice of field. If you're interested in petroleum industry then you should apply for PDPU else Nirma University is the best choice. Most of the faculty at Nirma University are highly experienced. Faculties from IIM-Ahmedabad and other premier institutes visit IMNU for guest lectures. Nirma University also provides good industry exposure.
