As per some unofficial online sources, the majority of ITS Engineering College Greater Noida alumni are working in the Engineering sector with a 40% share, followed by IT sector (11%). The Corporate Resource Center (CRC) of the college organises on-campus interviews by coordinating with top companies across all industries. The cell conducts various activities to develop the technical and soft skills of the students. CRC works closely with the Personality Development team which conducts Aptitude and Reasoning classes and assessment tests of the students. Alongside this, the Personality Development team works on Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Customer Service Skills, Time Management Skills, Leadership Skills, and Job Interview Skills.

As per the official data, 111 companies participated in the 2023 placement session till March 2023. Earlier, 327 companies were part of the 2022 drive.
