If the eligibility mentions CMAT then no matter what the college will consider your application. If it doesn't mention CMAT then the college is not going to give an exception for you.

Difficulty level is high, criteria for OMS given below. You can clear if you study hard and give 20 mock exams before it. Students can apply for OMS seats (18 seats, 15%) through CMAT Feb, CMAT Sept or CET March scores.
