As per the guidelines outlined on Shiksha.com, the refund protocols instituted by the esteemed KJ Somaiya Institute exhibit a nuanced framework contingent upon multiple variables such as the quantum of fees and the temporal proximity to cancellation initiation. Pertinently, fees associated with application processing, prospectus acquisition, enrollment facilitation, and those earmarked for course-specific endeavors are, as a general rule, deemed non-refundable post-commencement of the academic term. Conversely, deposits remitted for the utilization of laboratory facilities, cautionary remittances, and library privileges may ostensibly qualify for reimbursement, subject to stringent conditions mandating the furnishing of requisite documentation and adherence to stipulated timelines delineated by the institution.
