Mostly, looking at your marks there are very little chance to get you in KKW, because IT closes at 80-85 for OBC and computer has higher cutoff than that of IT.

Yes, you will definitely get admission to KK Wagh for BE course. It will be difficult to get into Computer Engineering but you can get all the other branches.
