According to me Kirori Mal college is better. It's ranking is also quite high. But college literally doesn't matter alot in DU. Also the teachers are highly qualified only difference comes of infrastructure and facilities.

Yes, there will be a deduction.
But there are pretty good chances to get the course even after deduction if you have a high percentage.
