How will Class 12 results be calculated 2021-22 onwards?

Going forward, Class 12 pattern will be divided into two parts: Term 1 and Term 2

  • Term 1 (50% syllabus): The exams will be held in Nov-Dec and are going to be MCQ-based. These MCQs will be based on case, assertion and reasoning, and the exam duration will be of 90 minutes. Term 1 exams will be conducted in the school with externals to be invigilators as appointed by the board. Class 12 Term 1 marks will be added to the final result.
  • Term 2 (50% syllabus): Term-2 exams will be conducted in Mar-Apr. Questions asked in Term 2 will be in different formats and will be: Case-based Ended, Short/Long Answers and Situation-based. The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes. Class 12 Term-2 exams will be conducted in the respective exam centres.

KMC offers three-year BCom and BCom (Hons) programmes in the field of Commerce and Accounting. Kirori Mal College BCom admission and BCom (Hons) admission details are as follows:

Selection criteria for BCom (Hons) and BCom: Selection is based on marks attained in Class 12 including one language and three best subjects as per the following:

Placements: There are many top courses in college but as a student of chemistry I feel B.Sc. chemistry honours is best because most the faculty of this department is very top notch class. There are many internships offered during the course which helps in gaining industry knowledge.

Infrastructure: There are well-equipped labs for each department. The quality of hostel food is very good. Both veg and non veg served. The service of Wi-Fi is also available and gym is also for free for college students. The rooms of the host...

Dissatisfied with the societies, great infrastructure and faculty. Value for money.

Placements: I am from B.com honours and it's placement is nearly 100 %. The highest package offered is around 16 lacs per annum and the lowest package of 240000 and average package goes as 4-5 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Walmart, ernst and young, deloitte, PwC etc.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure like the classrooms, labs, canteen, library are decent. Sports ground and gymnasium are great. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen are below average as they are more costly and d...

Life at Kirori Mal College, DU is amazing.

Placements: The placement cell is fairly good, around 150+ students were placed last year. This year, the highest package offered till now is 21.5 lpa by D. E Shaw. Other than that many other firms like Tresvista, Kpmg, Deloitte, Brain & Company etc. come to our college for college placement. As for the internships, we get regular updates for the internships on the WhatsApp groups, better internship opportunities are offered in the second year.

Overall, it is a great college.

Placements: The placements in KMC are not the best in Delhi University but also not that bad. Many good companies like DE Shaw, Brain & Company, Mckinsey, EY, PWC etc. Hire students from our college. The competition is cutthroat. The average package is around 6 Lacs & the highest was 19.25 Lacs.
