Strong conceptual learning environment with supportive faculty and decent lab facilities.
Placements: Placement depends upon you. There is a placement drive on the university campus where you can get placed based on your potential. About the package, the highest you can get is 5 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA-3 LPA. Recruiting companies are ed-tech companies, pharma companies, and students get internships in different universities like IIT Delhi and other IITS, IISERS, CSIR, DRDO, etc. Roles offered in my course are analytical scientist and research scientist.
Infrastructure: Labs, Wi-Fi, classrooms, and libraries are great. The hostel depends on your CUET-PG marks. According to your marks, you can get admission to the hostel. Hostels like Jublee and Rajiv Gandhi hostel are available. The quality of food is very good in hostels, especially in Jubilee hostel and other facilities like medical, sports, and games like table tennis, cricket are very good.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They have experience of 10-15 years and their teaching quality is also very good. If I talk about my course, then it is very relevant if YOU want to crack competitive exams like NET, GATE, and other exams. Practice in labs can make you industry-ready. Semester exams are difficult but also depend on how you study, like not mugging up. The pass percentage is around 80-90 percent.
Other: The Delhi University campus crowd is one of the best crowds, and connectivity is also very good. Yellow line (Vishwavidyalaya), there are fests in April. There are no such things as improvising. I chose this course because everywhere we see Chemistry, it is there and I want to know how Chemistry works in real life.

The college has value for money, great exposure.
Placements: More than 60% of students were placed in my course in the previous batch. The highest package is around 24 LPA, and the average is around 11 LPA. Top recruiting companies are DE Shaw, LEK Consulting, Nation with Namo, Accenture, and so on. The top roles offered by these companies are in consulting, finance, and as political associates. Students do get internships in my college.
Infrastructure: The hostel and infrastructure of Kirori Mal College are, I would say, very average. As a government college, it lacks infrastructure a lot. There is a lot of room for improvement. The Wi-Fi is available, but students don't get to use it. The labs are fine. I don't think they lack any necessary equipment. The hostel provides food and basic necessities at a very reasonable price. The auditorium is under construction.
Faculty: As an NIRF rank 4 college, it has one of the best faculty members. The faculty members are well-informed about their subjects. As a part of Delhi University, it has one of the best faculty members in all of India. I would say B.Com as a course is not enough to make students industry-ready. This course lacks practicality and is somewhat outdated.
Other: DU fests are well known in India. They are famous for their grandeur. I would say my course should add more practical applications.

Overall a good experience but it can be improved by making changes in the course.
Placements: Out of the batch of approximately 160 students, 40-50 students were placed. Top recruiting companies included Brain, LEK Consulting, Nation with Namo, Deloitte, EY, ZS Consulting, and Accenture. Roles were mainly around consulting, and the highest package was 26 LPA.
Infrastructure: Overall, decent infrastructure is available for my course, including classrooms, a library, and a computer lab. However, Wi-Fi is not working properly, which is really disappointing. I am not living in the hostel, so I don't know about hostel facilities offered.
Faculty: Most teachers are really helpful, but some are not. Every teacher is qualified and knowledgeable, though. Most content in the course does not make one industry-ready. A student must upskill themselves to be able to get a job. Manageable exams.

The placements are a bit above average but satisfactory overall, while the faculty isn't the best.
Placements: A few people secured good jobs, while most had to settle for low-paying and growing jobs. The average roles were for analysts, which do not pay much and are quite exhausting for a person with a fresher job. The S-tier companies were very few, and no new companies were added.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not at all good and up to date. The fans are slow, there are no ACs in most classes, and the chairs and tables are uncomfortable. The buildings are not properly painted, and there is no good canteen. The washrooms are rarely clean.
Faculty: Teachers not at all supportive and not the best at teaching either. Teachers are not the best, whether it comes to being lenient, supportive, or overall understanding. They don't give marks properly. They are mostly biased towards attendance freaks and are very mean and rude at times.
Other: The crowd and campus life, however, are the best parts, and it's a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Shaping lives & personalities.
Placements: Placements are decent. If you do well in the initial 2 years, you’ll eventually land one. Consulting and finance niche roles come but are limited. Business Development roles are some of the maximum ones. The average package you can expect is 8 LPA, with good firms paying over 12 LPA. LEK, DE Shaw, to name a few, but they take only a limited number of people (4-5).
Infrastructure: Modest, in some areas it needs good infrastructure. Computer labs are well-equipped. Classes need good benches and proper blackboards. The building needs renovation, which they are working upon. Improvements are being made, but at the same time, infrastructure issues do exist.
Faculty: Faculty is quite experienced, hovering from 25+ to 35+ years of experience. The curriculum can be better, but that is for the whole DU, not Kirori Mal specific. Exams are fine, no complaints on that. However, internal marking can be very difficult sometimes.

1st year perspective on KMC.
Placements: Around 70 percent of students who sit for placement get plac. The highest package was 24 LPA last year though the course wasn't revealed, the lowest was 4 LPA and the average package was somewhere around 7 LPA-8 LPA. Top companies are Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, and Amazon. Around 70-80 percent of students got internships overall the batch and not just from the B.Com program in companies mentioned before. Major roles offered are Business Analyst, Associate, Consulting, and Finance roles.
Infrastructure: In semester 1 the classes were really in bad condition but now they are renovated so it's better. There is no Wi-Fi at least not for us. We have proper lighting in the class with AC in a few classrooms and projector in few classrooms too. Each classroom has a whiteboard and a blackboard. The library is very good with a reading room too all books are in a readable condition. KMC doesn't have a girls' hostel but the canteen food is good leaving a few items and we have 3 canteens in total.
Faculty: Semester exams are easy since the questions are repeated so anyone can pass if they do the last 3 years' paper. Passing percentage is 40 percent in theory and 40 percent in practice. B.Com doesn't make anyone industry-ready. One has to dedicate time to skills. The teaching quality is good. Teachers are really knowledgeable and have a good hold on subjects. The only issue is classes get cancelled a lot but that is the case in the majority of DU colleges.
Other: KMC does have a medical room and the girls' common room has a sanitary pad dispensing machine as well. We have a boxing ring ( I never saw it being used), a volleyball court, a basketball court, and a gym so it's a pretty good campus.
