KIIT University, Bhubaneswar is a private university that conducts its own entrance exam called the KIITEE (KIIT Entrance Examination) for admission to its undergraduate programs, including the Computer Science Engineering (CSE) programme. As KIIT University conducts its own entrance exam, JEE Main percentile is not directly applicable for admission to its programs. However, candidates who have appeared for JEE Main and have scored good marks are also eligible to apply for the KIITEE exam. To get admission to the CSE programme at KIIT University, you need to qualify for the KIITEE exam, which consists of multiple-choice questions from Physics Chemistry and Mathematics. The cutoff marks for KIITEE vary from year to year, and it also depends on the number of applicants and the difficulty level of the exam. As you have mentioned your JEE Main percentile of 96.1675, it indicates that you have scored well in the exam, which can increase your chances of qualifying for the KIITEE exam. However, to determine your eligibility for admission to the CSE programme at KIIT University, you need to appear for the KIITEE exam and qualify based on the cutoff marks. In summary, you need to qualify for the KIITEE exam to get admission to the CSE programme at KIIT University, and your JEE Main percentile is not directly applicable. However, your good JEE Main percentile can increase your chances of qualifying for the KIITEE exam.

Choosing between etc. In KIIT and CSE in ITER Bhubaneswar depends on several factors, including your interests and career goals. Both courses have their own merits and offer different career opportunities. Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (etc. . ) at KIIT focuses on the design, development, testing, and maintenance of communication systems, computer networks, and electronic devices. As an etc. Engineer, you can work in various industries, including telecommunications, electronics, and computer hardware industries. On the other hand, Computer Science Engineering (CSE) at ITER Bhubaneswar emphasizes the design, development, and maintenance of computer software and hardware. It covers topics such as programming, data structures, algorithms, computer networks, database management systems, and software engineering. As a CSE graduate, you can work in software development, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and other tech-based industries. If you are inclined towards computer programming, software development, and data analysis, then CSE in ITER Bhubaneswar can be a better option for you. However, if you are interested in the design and development of communication systems and electronic devices, then etc. In KIIT can be a better choice. I would suggest that you research more about both courses, their syllabus, and career opportunities. You can also talk to current students and alumni of both colleges to get a better understanding and make an informed decision.

Without any hesitation you can and should go to KIIT for CSE unless and until you really wanna join MUJ for IT!
First of all CS/IT has great opportunities in every college as compared to other branches. So if you are considering placement or planning for higher studies a better college name (BRAND) will provide the required base for the dream to come true. And in this case KIIT Bhubaneswar is more reputed than MUJ. Since KIIT is a Tier 1 college with NIRF Ranking of 42in engineering colleges and 24th in University and has also given the tag so IOE (Institute of Eminence) by the government of India. So if I were to choose I had go for KIIT.
