6 years ago I did not sit for the entrance exams in KIIT VIT but still can I get into the institute in the field of b e in biotechnology or Bioengineer.

No, if you don't give the VITEEE examination, you aren't eligible for admission. I am sorry but that's the rule. VIT doesn't take admission through JEE Mains or directly.

No, you won't be able to get admission in VIT since you haven't attempted VITEEE. The admission process has already begun and only those who have given VIT's exam are allowed to sit for counselling.

No, there isn't any scholarship on the basis of entrance exam. It has been held just for the sake of admission. However, you can get scholarships once you join KIIT and come out with flying colors in respective semester exams.
