Yes, you can get admission here. Just you have to score a decent percentage in your Diploma course. Admission process is conducted by DTE website, so you can register there to get admission into this college. Fees is about INR. 1, 20,000.

Hello, I am assuming you to be of general category, so with this rank you may not get CS branch in LNCT main campus . But can surely get in LNCTs and lncte. If you want admission in LNCT main then except CS and IT. Nearly all branches are open

LNCT does not provide any fee waiver for those who's parents income is less than 5 lakh. But if you belong to some quota other than general then surely scholarships are given every year. Except this if you have scored 9+ then chancellor award

No, these marks are not sufficient for admission in LNCT-Bhopal. There are some chances if you are in SC/ST category. Also, the branch in which you want to get admitted matters. Check with everything and apply for it.
