In addition to various UG courses, Loyola College Chennai also offers various PG level programes to the interested candidates. MA, M.Sc and M.Voc program is offered in more than one specialization. While the rest of programs such as M.Com and MCA are offered in one specialization by the college. The duration of each of the courses is two years other than the MCA program which is of three years duration.
Minimum eligibility for PG courses is candidate must pass in Bachelors degree in relevant specializations. Selection to all the courses is done on the basis of entrance test followed by interview conducted by the college. For MCA, TANCET score is mandatory for admission.

Candidates should fill-in all the details and submit the form along with the processing fee within the stipulated time. An application number will be generated upon successful submission of fee.
In order to submit the application form successfully, the applicant should follow the below given steps:
Step 1: Registration through Online Application Portal
Candidate should log on to the online application portal and register by entering the following personal details such as applicant name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID etc. As soon as the registration is complete, students will be sent a Username and Password which will be their login credentials next time they log on to the registration portal.
Step 2: Filling-in the Basic and Specific details
Upon logging in through the provided credentials (Username and Password), candidates will be required to fill the application form with their basic details (Gender, Caste, Address) along with Specific Details (Special category, Differently abled) and educational qualifications (Subject, Marks etc)
Step 3: Attaching the Documents
Candidates should attach the scanned copies of the necessary supporting documents such as mark statement, community certificate etc. Once the candidate checks all the information and verify and confirm all the details mentioned in the form, the application is generated and no further change will be permitted.
Step 4: Payment of Application Fee
The cost of each application along with the processing fee is INR 150 for UG, INR 200 for PG and INR 500 for M.Phil. In case of SC/ST candidates, the fee is INR 123 for UG, INR 158 for PG and INR 500 for M.Phil.
Candidates can pay the application fee through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking or Cash in any branch of Axis Bank as per your convenience. After the payment of application fee, an application number will be generated and the status will be sent to the candidate by SMS or through mail.
Note: The applicant can apply for any number of courses eligible to him/her. After the payment, an application number will be created for each course. The applicants should take the printout of each application after the registration and payment.
