9 years ago I am pursuing BA (program) from Maitreyi College in English and sociology. What can I do after that? Can I pursue MBA in HR?

Yes you can pursue MBA in HR. MBA doesn't require to be graduate in specific field. Your degree in sociology will give you benefit if you pursue MBA in HR as it is somehow related to it. Also it will be good for your career.
