Yes, you might be able to get aeronautical. If not, you can easily get it through internal sliding or branch change.

No,there are very less chances for you to get a seat in aeronautical with that score. Try going for a retest and obtaining 110 at least. If you still don't get it then apply for internal sliding when you go for counseling.
