But there might be changes as every year cut off changes and even some of good students cannot get good colleges and desired branch because of their higher cut-offs. Admission in B.Arch course is done through JEE Mains paper 2 exam with at least 40% score in the exam. The college acquires 650 acers of urban eco-friendly campus full of all kind of facilities. The college has more than 300+ faculty member, 5000+ UG and PG students. More than 3000 students are living in the college hostels.
There are total 10 hostels amongst which 9 are for boys and 1 is for girls. The college has its own canteen and hall. It invites recruiters and many good personalities for sharing their knowledge with the fellow students so that they can gain knowledge about things under the banner of a function organized by the college every year, "Chimera". The college is a good place for students for overall development.
