About MANIT Bhopal (placement, campus life and hostel).

Placements: In my opinion, only some companies come for core placements. There is a lot of competition in the core sector. The main issue is that we still have an old syllabus, which is a disadvantage. The college follows an old curriculum, so students have to learn new and updated topics on their own through YouTube or paid courses. However, the companies that visit the college are very good and provide good placement opportunities. Overall, placements from the core sector are average.

College life is full of unforgettable memories, great friends, and a homely feeling.

Placements: There is good placement for B.Tech, but not for architecture. Many companies like Google, Bajaj, Zomato, Swiggy, etc. come for placements. Students are given examples based on examinations. There are shortlisting programs through interviews, and then students get placements.

Overall, a good experience, but you have to work a bit hard.

Placements: In my course, i.e., ECE, the placement percentage is around 75% as per the 2024 stats. It is low, but it could also decrease in the coming years as the new dean is not very supportive of alumni. The top companies are Deloitte, Nvidia, Qualcomm, and Samsung R&D. The percentage of students getting internships is very low. The top roles are mainly in the tech sector.

This college is not as good as expected.

Placements: 75 to 80 seniors get placed. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the lowest package is 4.5 LPA. Top recruiters are Accenture, Adobe, and Amazon. Around 10–15% of seniors get internships. The top role offered is MERN Developer. In the last 2–3 years, there have been some placement issues. Many seniors are not placed through campus recruitment and try to get jobs off campus.

The college is quite good. The teaching faculty needs to improve itself for students.

Placements: I got to know from seniors that the placements in electrical engineering are quite good here. This time around, 93% students got placed. Other students choose Master's or doing startup, but the interesting part is that the students who are placed are mostly in finance.

An average college that is going to become the best in the upcoming years.

Placements: 50 percent of students got placed. That's not much because we don't get support in our core ECE side as companies of the core don't visit our campus for placement and internships. Only 1 student has been picked overall in core by AMD but in tech there are many offers and ECE students are allowed in almost every tech company. Last year, Zomato offered 56 LPA to a student it was the highest and the average was around 11 LPA-14 LPA.
