Yes, you can take admission in medical after FY B.Sc, but you will have to appear in NEET 2017. As per new rules, you cannot get admission in any medical college, if you have not passed NEET.

To get admission into MBBS courses in India, you have to appear the all India common entrance examination namely NEET. There's no other gateway. However, certain institutions conduct their own exam like AIIMS
