Hi Dear,
For admission into government medical colleges, you need to appear common entrance examinations like NEET, AIPMT. In general category a score of 75% in entrance will ensure you a seat in Government medical college.

A score of 500 + in NEET may ensure you a seat in Government medical college. However this figure may go up, as all state level PMTs have been merged with NEET. So work hard. All the best .

With 409 marks, you may get a BDS seat but it seems difficult to get a MBBS seat. If you want to get into MBBS, you must take the second stage examination of NEET. You need a score of 500+. All the best.

Yeah, definitely. Candidates who are awaiting 12th result can also appear for examination. But subject to pass 12th with minimum 50 % in aggregate in PCB with English.
