The inter-se merit list is prepared by the exam conducting authority when two or more candidates secure the same marks or exact merit position. If a situation were to come then the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) would prepare the inter-se merit list for Karnataka PGCET based on the Total or aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying exam which in this case is the graduation degree. If the marks are still equal then the age is taken into consideration and the preference is given to the older candidate over the younger one.Thank you.

Mod'Art International's B.Des. programme admissions process usually combines entrance- and merit-based selections, with program- and campus-specific considerations playing a role. This is an explanation:Exams for admission:UCEED (Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design): To be eligible for certain B.Des. programs, you must pass the UCEED exam. These campuses are located in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Kolkata.NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture): NATA may be required for some programs that are primarily focused on architecture.Mod'Art International Entrance Exam: Depending on the programme or campus, the institute may occasionally administer its own entrance exam.Selection Based on Merit:12th Class Marks: Your performance on your exams in the 12th class, especially in English and other pertinent disciplines like Physics or Mathematics, will be taken into account.Review of Portfolio: Your portfolio, which displays your originality, creative prowess, and pertinent tasks, is very important for design programs.Interview Performance: You may be asked to participate in an interview, which will evaluate your motivation, communication abilities, and programme fit, depending on the programme and campus.Emphasis and Weighting:Depending on the programme and school, different considerations like as merit, portfolios, and interviews may be given different weights than others. Generally speaking, programs that emphasize design talents more highly might give portfolio reviews more weight than others, which might give entrance examinations or general academic merit more weight.
