It is merit based but you can apply here directly. you have to pass in the 12 th boards with PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND MATHEMATICS and you have to secure atleast 50% marks. And you have to pay the fees of the college which is nearly around 4-5 Lacs rupees (minimum) the highest fees is around 7.5 Lacs rupees ( for aeronautical engineering). It is a government affiliated institute so yes you can apply here by contacting the institute you can contact them directly by following their website there you will get proper numbers to contact and other things . You can put your JEE Mains score here .
