Yes. There are scholarships available for SC/ST/OBC students.
6 years ago My brother have only 68% in plus two commerce. I think it is difficult to get admission through merit screening. Is there any other option?

Enquire whether the said college has to offer management quota seats. Usually, private colleges do offer these seats. But it would be expensive.
