You selected this thing for the rest of your life then you must have a keen interest in fashion designing industry. If you are in class 12th, then you will first have to do Bachelor's degree, only after that you will be eligible to do Master's degree. If you are interested for B. Des, then you can go for colleges like NIFT and pearl in Delhi.

You need to pass the NIFT examination for getting into NIFT. But in case if you don't qualify the NIFT exam, you can get admission in other institutions who provide the designing courses.
