Admissions to Kamala Nehru College (KNC) and other Delhi University (DU) colleges are merit-based. This means that students are primarily selected based on their performance in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET), a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions to undergraduate programs in various central universities, including DU.

However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non-zero positive scores in NEET over the candidates who obtained non-zero scores in MHTCET.MPharmaFor sponsored candidates, a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organisation in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.

The cut off varies from year to year and depends on various factors such as the overall performance of students in CUET, the number of seats available in each course, and the popularity of the course.

Candidates possessing MBBS/ BSC (AG)/ BVSC/ BHMT/ B.Pharm and such other professional and job oriented degree courses Viz., LLB or a Master's Degree without having undertaken undergraduate study are not eligible.
Candidate should have completed the age of 19 years as on 1st July of the year in which notification is issued. There shall be no maximum age limit.
