Hi Nishar,  It will be tough to agree on the same. National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Itanagar is definitely a decent college for studying a course at Itanagar. However, there's not many reviews about its reputation. Therefore, you're expected to explore more colleges before making a decision. NIELIT Itanagar has a decent reputation for its infrastructure and faculty. 

As per the eligibility criteria described by official guidelines from NIELIT Ranchi, the qualification needed for admission in certificate courses is 10+2 and some basic computer knowledge.The short-term certificate courses are meant to get the candidates acquainted with IT skills. M.Sc is a full-time, two-year postgraduate course offered by NIELIT, Guwahati.
