There wont be GD/PI if you come through TANCET councelling. There is no cut off for tancet marks. PSGIM being one of the top college most of the tancet top mark scorers try to opt for psgim. So it's hard to tell the exact marks. It depends on

When it comes to placements there is no difference between MBA or PGDM. Every candidate will be treated equally irrespective of the whether he/she is from MBA or PGDM.

Dual specialization is allowed in MBA where you will need to choose a major and a minor, but as far as PGDM is concerned it is not yet implemented and is expected to be implemented asap.
