Hi,
Yes, you can apply for the same.
Candidate should be passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognized board or institution to apply for Bachelor of Computer Applications in Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Government College.

For general category, you need a minimum 60%, however it differs from college to college.

Yes, you do BCA after class 12th commerce. There is no need of PCB or PCM for BCA.
