I don't think you'll get admission in the first round. Still try your best.

Only 2 or 3 companies visit during the campus placement for mechanical. Average package is around 4 lacs and for placements your pointer must be really high during academics.

RGIT, Mumbai accepts both JEE Mains and MHT-CET. You should score 100-120 will be enough to get you your Branch in RGIT, Mumbai. You can score greater than that also. But a 100+ score is safe. And in Boards 70% and Above is good. As JEE Mains Rank list is purely based on JEE Mains Marks board marks are not added while preparing Rank List. But you have to be eligible for Admission. So you have to score 70% and above. Good Luck with your preparations prepare well. Good Luck.

Nope, I don't think so. I'll suggest you to go for Atharva College it's not better in terms of placements but teachers are very helpful and mostly, they don't give internal KT's to any of their students. Attendance is not a problem too.

I don't think you'll get admission in RGIT. If you belong to some category other than OBC and open, then maybe you've some chance of getting admission in second or third round.

First of choosing IT department is a great decision Ria. Yes, you'll get admission easily in 1st or second round. I'll suggest you to fill some good colleges above RGIT in preference form like VIT, DJSCOE . They are good colleges than RGIT.

What is the MHT-CET cut-off for B.E computer engineering? Is domicile is required or not?

According to my knowledge, for last year, it is around 130-140 for general Category candidates. So, according to your category and whether you're from Maharashtra or not, merit varies based on different criterias.
