Yes, for studying in B.Com you do not really need any sepcific subjects. Even students with PCB do B.Com if they want to shift to commerce stream. But still before taking any admissions kindly look if your chosen college puts this cap or not.

No, there is an option between Hindi and English. This course is taught separate in English and Hindi languages. It all depends on your choice.
