Fee structure of all three colleges is same and is around INR 1 lakh 70 thousands .I would like to suggest to choose colleges in this order:
1. RVCE, BANGALORE
2. Ms Ramaiah
3. BMSCE

MSRIT, Bangalore and MSRUAS, Bangalore are two different institutions run by same management, however, MSRUAS is not that good. It was established in 2013.

Yes, you can go for hostel, or if you are not comfortable with hostel life, you can go for PG too, which are near campus. In a long run, both doesn't matters. Hope you got your answer.

Yes, you are eligible because eligibility criteria is as follows a candidate who has passed 10+2 pattern of examination (equivalent to the two year Pre University in Karnataka) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as optional subjects in the qualifying examination is eligible to pursue an undergraduate degree in engineering at MSRIT.
The eligibility for admission is 45% in case of General category and 40% marks in the qualifying examination in case of SC/ST, Category-1 and OBC category candidates. The marks obtained by the candidate in Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics in the qualifying examination will be considered in the place of Chemistry in case the marks obtained in Chemistry is less for the required aggregate percentage for the purpose of determination of eligibility (and not for the purpose of determination of rank, in respect of engineering/technology courses).
Entrance Exam: KEA / COMEDK

Yes, you can get direct admission in Ramaiah Institute of Technology but that will be on basis of management quota and you have to pay fees up to 20-25 lakhs for that. Hope you got your answer.

1. RVCE, Bangalore (due to its placements and faculty)
2. MSRIT, Bangalore (Placements are good and infrastructure is also good)
3. TKM-Kollam (Placements are average.)
