Once you qualify the entrance examination, you can appear for the counselling process wherein you can opt for your preferred college and branch of Engineering. To get into M. S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, you need to have a rank of around 350 approx.

There are two CET exam, which you have to appear. One is by Karnataka Government and COMEDK. You can get admission through either of these exams.

Fee has been revised for the 2017. It is Rs 6.9 lakhs for 2 years. Hostel is of 3 different types. Single sharing and double sharing is available which are well secured.

I've not been to presidency college but I can say about mine. Ramaiah has always been a best college in teaching,management, placements and now for the infrastructure. In my view, its better than other colleges.

HR offerings are a bit less but with maximum package of rupees 4.5 lakhs and least of Rs 3.5 lakhs. Marketing recruitment is more which is a compulsory major specialization. Yes, you can get admission.

There isn't any college that will truly expose their apt criteria of score required for applying but just give a try. You can get in probably.
