As per the official website, the total fee of the five-year integrated MSc course is INR 2.75 lakh. It includes the tuition fee and other charges for five academic years, a one-time admission fee, a refundable security deposit (one-time), annual seat rent, and a one-time payable alumni fee. 

Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology offers a total of ten specialisations under the five-year integrated MSc course, including Physics, Organic Chemistry, Mathematics, Inorganic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, and Industrial Chemistry.

In NIT Surat, the cost of the tuition fee of the BTech programme is INR 5 lakh. Nevertheless, the university realizes the fact that learning expenses can be an inconvenience to a number of students and their families. Consequently, they grant scholarships to the needy students to assist them in the financial component of their studies. These scholarships differ on diverse factors which include academic performance, financial need, and community service. Institute also offers B.Tech. students to opt for Minor Degree in all the above disciplines of their choice based on CGPA at the end of B.Tech. first year.
