The MRNAT entrance test is accepted for admission to B.Sc programme at Manav Rachna Faculty of Architecture and Design. This exam does not have a predetermined cutoff score. Instead, the score received will be taken into account. A number of undergraduate and graduate programmes at Manav Rachna University and Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (excluding M.Tech) require the Manav Rachna National Aptitude Test, or MRNAT, as a prerequisite for admission. The results will be made public 48 hours following the exam. If the candidate receives a valid score, they may be eligible for a scholarship based on merit in addition to admission to the school.

A student is required to submit the application form online using the scratch card provided with the admission brochure. Alternatively, applicants can apply online using credit/debit card by completing the form. They can then keep two hard copies of the submitted application form - one copy should be kept for self-reference and the other is to be submitted to Manav Rachna at the time of physical counselling.

Faculty of Computer Applications MRIIRS offers a two-year MCA programme at PG level in the field of Computers and IT. Inclined more towards application development with more emphasis on the latest programming language and tools to develop better and faster applications, this course covers various aspects of Computational Theory, Programming, Algorithm Design and Optimisation, Network and Database Management, Mobile Technologies, Electronics and Mathematics, among others.

At doctoral-level, Faculty of Computer Applications MRIIRS offers PhD programme in Computer Applications. MRIIRS conducts an entrance exam (with 70% weightage in selection) for admission to PhD followed by an interview/ presentation round (with 30% weightage in selection) for final selection. The syllabus for the entrance test consists of 50% research methodology based questions in part-A and 50% subject-specific questions in part-B. Candidates with a valid score in GATE/ UGC NET/ CSIR JRF are exempted from writing the PhD entrance exam and can directly sit for the interview.
