For Lateral Entry (2nd year B.Tech):Candidates with a Diploma in Engineering from a recognised institute are eligible to apply, based on their ECET (FDH) scores. Application Process:AP EAMCET:The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada, on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). Online Application:Candidates need to apply online for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET exam. Counselling:After the exam, selected candidates will participate in the counselling process for seat allotment. Then, you have to appear for the Andhra Pradesh EAMCET (now called EAPCET) entrance exam which is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh government. And on the basis of your rank in this exam, you can take part in the online counselling process in which you are asked to choose SVCE and your preferred engineering branch. Once you are allotted a seat, you then need to go for document verification and pay the admission fees to confirm your seat.
