If you are talking about IIT mba then obviously IIM should be preferred if they are not very new iims else iit is a good option.

No there is no preference for symbiosis students in SIBM, he will have to compete the same way with other students to land a admission

For admission into Symbiosis you need to appear for SNAP exam and get a percentile above 97.5 in order to get a GD PIWAT call for SIBM Pune

No there is no such specialization there is only Marketing and you may opt for 1 subject of international marketing rest there is no such specialization in SIBM

Yes. You can definitely get good college. Many colleges do not consider profile score for admissions.

As per my knowledge SIBM Pune has scholarship for SNAP toppers. But I haven't heard of scholarship based on cgpa.

Without applying for entrance test it is impossible to get admission to MBA in SIBM so you will have to try next year now
