In addition to the above fees Security Deposit (Refundable) is Rs. 15000 and Library Deposit (Refundable) is Rs. 5000. Hostel fees details are given below:
1) A Wing Sakore Nagar 2 Sharing Regular Room fee is Rs. 86,000
2) B Wing MHADA Rohan Mithila 3 Sharing Regular Room fee is Rs. 73,000
3) C Wing Rohan Mithila 2 Sharing Regular Room fee is Rs. 95,000 (3Sharing Regular Room is Rs. 80,000)
4) D Wing Sakore Nagar 4 Sharing Regular Room fee is Rs. 100,000
5) E Wing (Row House only Boys) 4 Sharing Regular Room fee is Rs. 130,000
Mess fees is Rs. 47000 an
Hostel security refundable is Rs. 15000 for all wings except E Wing that is Rs. 20000.

Symbiosis International University conducts Symbiosis Entrance Exam for Design SEED in order to offer admissions to aspirants in B.Des programmes offered at Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID). Earlier known as SET for Design, SEED conducted by Symbiosis International University (SIU) for design course admissions evaluates candidates on spheres such as colour, geometry, visual observations, general design awareness, creative thinking abilities and awareness on Indian culture, craft, traditions and the likes. SEED conducted by SIU comprises of objective type questions.On the basis of an aspirant's performance in Symbiosis Institute of Design Test, he/she can secure admission in B.Des programmes offered in disciplines such as Graphic Design (GD), Video Film Design (VFD), Animation Film Design (AFD), User Experience Design (UED), Product Design (PD), Interior Space Design (ISD), Fashion Design (FD) and Fashion Communication (FC) offered at SID. Candidates need to fulfill the eligibility criteria as listed by SID for admission in design programmes offered by it.
