IFIM-B has better rankings, infrastructure and ROI value than UBS-B. So, my suggestion is to opt for IFIM.

Yes, you may get admission in UBS as UBS also gives consideration to extracurricular activities, just check whether you are having enough certificates or not.

It is an average college for MBA. I would suggest you to try for a better college depending upon your management exams scores. Try for a college with a good brand name and good placements track record.
