The KTET is a state-level exam conducted every year to evaluate the quality of candidates who aspire to become teachers in Lower Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools in Kerala. The Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan conducts the Kerala TET exam twice in a year to determine the eligibility of candidates as teachers. Those who clear the exam become eligible to apply for teacher recruitment exams in the state schools.
