Yes, you can become a government teacher after completing BEd from any NCTE-approved college. You need to qualify exams like CTET, State TET, or DSSSB, not your college ranking.

As a teacher trainer, you may want to check these institutions.

For CTET, you have:

Yes, a person who completes a B.P.E. (Bachelor of Physical Education) course from Odisha can become a Physical Education Teacher (PET) in schools. Many schools allow candidates with 10+2 and B.P.Ed./B.P.E./M.P.Ed. qualifications to apply for PET positions. However, for government school jobs, candidates may also need to qualify exams like OSSTET or OTET depending on the level of teaching.

Similarly, universities such as Lovely Professional University offer B.P.Ed. programs that prepare students for careers as physical education teachers, sports trainers, and fitness instructors in schools and sports institutions.

If you want to do a Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTT), the best way to start is by enrolling in a 200-hour yoga teacher training program, which is considered the basic certification for becoming a yoga instructor. This course usually covers asanas (postures), pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology.

Yes, it is definitely possible for you to pursue a PhD from Adamas University while working as a full-time government teacher. Recent changes in UGC regulations (2022) have made it significantly easier for working professionals to pursue research without resigning.

However, there are specific administrative and academic steps you must follow to ensure your degree is valid and your job is secure

You need a PhD degree to become a Professor in India. Along with this, other requirements must also be fulfilled, for example -

  • Getting good marks in your PG degree
  • Qualifying for NET/ GATE/ SET exams

After this, you can apply for an Assistant Professor or Teaching Assistant job in a college or university. Build your portfolio, public papers, and do research work.
